We offer you the possibility to sign your Bar and Restaurant bills and write your name and your Villa’s name after each meal. You will be able to pay your global Bill on the day of your departure.

Booking Policy
We welcome you to Vanina Villas, a premium Villa complex dedicated to providing guests with a luxurious, peaceful, preserve and secure environment.
In order to make our guests stay more enjoyable, we kindly request to observe the following Booking Policy

Rates
• All rates are valid for 2024/2025 for all new bookings
• Prices are inclusive of all Government Taxes and Service Charge
• Minimum required of 2 nights Shoulder season, 3 nights for the High season and 5 nights for Peak Season
• Children under 10 years old are not accepted
• Accommodation inclusive of Continental Breakfast
• No Reduction for Single Occupancy
• Property reserves the right to notify and revise the Rates & Taxes
• Compulsory Gala Dinner for Christmas (24th Dec) & New Year’s Eve, (31st Dec)
• Check-out time before 12.00 AM and Check in time after 02.00 PM on the relevant day
Payment Policy
- 1 to 3 nights Stay, payment of one night, non refundable in case of cancellation
- 3 to 6 nights Stay, payment of 2 nights, non refundable in case of cancellation
- Stay beyond 6 nights, 3 nights, non-refundable in case of cancellation
- During the Christmas and New Year period, payment of 3 nights, not refundable in case of cancellation
- The balance of the stay is to be paid on the day of arrival at the Hotel
- On-site payment by credit card : 3.5% surcharge (fees bank taken by local banks)
- IMPORTANT NOTICE : Due to fluctuation of LKR Roupie, Deposit and Balance payments in $, €, or any foreign currency will be quoted regarding daily exchange rates from CBSL (Central Bank of Sri lanka ).
Cancellation Policy
- Any cancellation must be send by email at info@vaninavillas.com
- Cancellation prior to arrival will not be refunded.
- Cancellation of nights after arrival, full payment is required
Children
Children 10 years old and above are truly welcome at our place, perfect age to start to enjoy our outdoor activities.
We take our duty of care seriously and therefore, don’t accept babies or toddlers – irrespective of how clever, cute or well-travelled they are.
We operate a strict child policy and give candid advice for the love of children, although we respectfully ask parents to consider the tranquil nature of our sanctuary and quiet enjoyment of it for all guests.
We do our bit to keep kids safe, happy and considerate of others – humbly and politely, we ask parents to do the same – for everyone’s sake.
Interesting wildlife, home cats and dogs, along with plants and various areas of the hotel, can spell danger for unsupervised kids. Soft bare feet are vulnerable to bites, stings and cuts.
Our villas and restaurant wax cement floors are beautiful but very slippery when wet or coming from surfing or swimming. Also river crossing property and ponds have no guard rails, and restaurant deck balcony railings can appear like colourful climbing frames to adventurous kids.
